HOST AN EVENT

We’re looking for ambassadors to host an event and add a Dearest Scotland pin to our map.  We’ve been visiting venues across Scotland from schools to libraries to pubs, getting people to write their letter to Dearest Scotland. If you’re interested, head over to our Get Involved page to hold a Dearest Scotland event.

DEAREST SCOTLAND IN PARLIAMENT

In August 2014, Dearest Scotland was featured as a Members’ Business Debate in Scottish Parliament raised by MSP Bill Kidd. Here you can watch the project being given support by MSPs Nanette Milne, James Dornan, Anne McTaggart and Culture and External Affairs Secretary, Fiona Hyslop.

Our next plans are to host an exhibition inside parliament of the letters we have collected and create some new content around the material including music, theatre, dance and performance pieces.  If you’re interested in collaborating, please get in touch with us.

Please email if you’d like to book us for a Dearest Scotland presentation or workshop event in 2015 at hello@dearestscotland.com
